主题 Subject

目的：让收件人在未打开邮件前就明白邮件意图。

特点：简洁、具体，避免过于宽泛；如果需要加急，可以标注清楚 Urgent! 等引起注意

示例：

· Proposal for Strategic Partnership

· Follow-Up on Our Call

· Inquiry Regarding Visa Sponsorship for [Position Name]

· Does [Company Name] Sponsor Work Visas for International Students?

· Seeking Clarification on Work Authorization Requirements

称呼 Salutation

目的：正式开场，建立礼貌关系。

格式：

如果知道对方姓名：Dear Mr./Ms./Dr. + 姓氏

如果不知道姓名：

Dear Sir or Madam

Dear recuritment team

To whom it may concern（较少使用）

比较熟的情况，也可以写: Hi Prada

目的：礼貌问候，建立友好基调。

目的：快速建立身份，让对方知道你是谁、来自哪里。

目的：点明这封邮件是为了什么。

示例：

内容结构：

· 简要介绍背景或提案内容；

· 突出对方的潜在利益或双方的合作点；
