一、思维导图（Mind Mapping）

二、基本介绍（Basic Introduction）

Xmind 是一款全功能的思维导图和头脑风暴软件，广泛应用于项目管理、需求分析、学习、创意开发、知识管理等领域。它通过直观的图形化界面，帮助用户组织和可视化信息，以结构化的形式展示思想、计划和任务，从而理清思路、捕捉创意，提高工作和学习效率。其核心功能包括：思维导图创建、主题与样式、多媒体插入、任务管理与进度跟踪、演示与展示、云端存储与协作。

XMind is an all-in-one mind mapping and brainstorming software, widely applied in fields such as project management, requirements analysis, learning, creative development, and knowledge management. Through its intuitive graphical interface, it helps users organize and visualize information, presenting ideas, plans, and tasks in a structured format. This enables users to clarify their thoughts, capture creative concepts, and enhance both work and learning efficiency. Its core features include: mind map creation, theme and styling customization, multimedia insertion, task management and progress tracking, presentation and display, as well as cloud storage and collaboration.

三、基础操作（Basic Operations）

（1）新建（Create New）

打开Xmind，新建 Xmind 文件有以下三种方法：在新建中创建、从模版中新建、从图库中新建。首先点击左上角菜单选项，然后可以选择“快速新建”，快速绘制思维导图。或者点击“文件”，选择“新建”或“从图库中新建”。

To open XMind and create a new XMind file, there are three methods available: creating from "New," starting from a template, or initiating from the gallery. First, click on the menu option in the top-left corner. You can then select "Quick New" to swiftly start drawing a mind map. Alternatively, click on "File" and choose either "New" or "New from Gallery."

之后选择“新建”的话，可以选择从“我的导图”和图库选项选择合适的模板，在图库中选择 Xmind 用户上传的优秀思维导图作品，借鉴他们的模版进行自己的思维导图创作。

After selecting "New," you can choose an appropriate template from either "My Maps" or the Gallery. In the Gallery, you'll find outstanding mind map works uploaded by XMind users, allowing you to draw inspiration from their templates for your own mind map creation.

（2）画布（Canvas）

新建画布可以有以下几种方法：点击左下角“+”添加新画布；在菜单栏中点击插入添加新画布；选中对应主题，右键选择从主题新建画布。下面我分别来演示这三种方法。

New canvas can have the following methods: click the lower left corner of the “+” to add a new canvas; in the menu bar, click Insert to add a new canvas; select the corresponding theme, right-click and select the new canvas from the theme. I will demonstrate these three methods.

除了在画布上进行编辑，还可以拷贝、重命名、删除、复制画布。将鼠标移动至画布名称旁，点击下拉箭头，选择所需的操作即可。另外需要注意的是，进行保存时，多张画布将被同时保存在一个.xmind文件内。当然我们可以将一个画布单独存为一个新的.xmind 文件，具体操作是将鼠标移动至画布名称旁，点击下拉箭头，选择画布“另存为”，再选择存储位置即可。

In addition to editing on the canvas, you can also copy, rename, delete, and duplicate the canvas. Simply move your mouse next to the canvas name, click the drop-down arrow, and select the desired action. Also note that when saving, multiple canvases will be saved in a single .xmind file at the same time. Of course, you can save a canvas as a new .xmind file by moving your mouse next to the canvas name, clicking on the drop-down arrow, selecting Save Canvas As, and then selecting the storage location.

除此之外，我们可以根据自己的需要拖拽和调整画布，点击“中心主题”，利用鼠标进行拖拽。在画布的样式中，支持更换导图骨架、更改导图配色、背景颜色，还可以开启彩虹分支、线条渐细的导图风格，另外，还可以进行画布高级布局的设置，选择自动平衡布局、分支自由布局、主题层叠和修改默认的中日韩字体等。

In the style of the canvas, it supports replacing the skeleton of the guide, changing the color of the guide, the background color, and you can open the guide style of rainbow branching and line tapering, in addition, you can also set up the advanced layout of the canvas, choose the auto-balance layout, branch free layout, theme cascading and modify the default CJK fonts.

（3）分支（Branch）

在思维导图中的分支中，可以选择为选中的主题添加同级主题（快捷键Enter）和次级主题（快捷键Tab）。另外当你在查阅和浏览思维导图时，可以一键折叠或展开所有子分支，快捷操作为点击标题和次级标题之间的“-”。省去繁复操作，尽享高效。

You can choose to add sibling topics (Enter) and subtopics (Tab) to the selected topic in the mind map. In addition, when you are reviewing and browsing the mind map, you can collapse or expand all the sub-branches in one click by clicking the “-” between the title and sub-title. Save your time and enjoy high efficiency.

三、实用技巧：Map Shot截图（Practical Tip: Map Shot Screenshot）

利用Xmind中Map Shot 截图功能，新手也能轻松截取好看的导图。Xmind 支持为截图添加不同颜色的画框，也可添加阴影，让截图更立体。截取的内容有更漂亮的呈现，也更能满足个人分享的需求。首先点击快捷键F7，打开Map Shot截图功能；其次可选择正方形（1:1）尺寸或者自定义选取截图的尺寸，Xmind 支持滚动截图；然后点击截图按钮唤出截图样式设置的对话框，可更改画框的粗细和颜色，还可以为截图添加阴影增加截图的立体感，或添加 Xmind 标志；最后点击拷贝并保存即可完成截图操作。
